Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service govern all business relationships between Pavema Group LTD (hereinafter "Pavema" or "we") and its clients. Pavema Group LTD is a company registered in Cyprus (HE 481360) with its registered office at Makedonias 5, Sunrise Complex, Block 7, Flat/Office 304, 7080 Larnaka, Cyprus.
2. Scope of Services
Pavema provides services in the areas of digital marketing, performance marketing, platform management, data analytics, and strategic consulting. The exact scope of services is defined in individual contracts or order confirmations.
3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed upon Pavema's written order confirmation or upon the signing of a service agreement. Offers from Pavema are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Remuneration and Payment Terms
Remuneration for Pavema's services is specified in the respective contract. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, Pavema is entitled to charge interest at 8% above the base rate.
5. Client Cooperation Obligations
The client is obligated to provide Pavema with all information, access, and materials required for service delivery in a timely manner. Delays arising from insufficient client cooperation shall not be attributed to Pavema.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential all confidential information received in the course of the cooperation and to use it solely for the purposes of the cooperation. This obligation also applies after termination of the contractual relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pavema is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Pavema's total liability is limited to the value of the respective order.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service is Larnaka, Cyprus, unless mandatory legal provisions require a different jurisdiction.
